Hi! I am a current international student looking for a tenant to take over the remaining 3 months that would be left of my lease. This tenancy period is from 1 June to 31 August (there is a possibility of the start date changing slightly but I will update it if and when I can). The rent is £185 per week which is significantly lower than the new increased prices advertised for the next tenancy period of £220 for the Classic Studio Room.

The accommodation is for students only and is a 5-minute walk to the Birmingham City University campus. The rent price includes 24-hour access to all the available amenities such as: a fully equipped gym; laundry room with 3 washers and 2 dryers; a study room and a karaoke room that doubles as a cinema room. In addition to this, there are 2 communal kitchens on each floor equipped with a stove, oven and multiple cupboards for storage.

Management staff of the property are very involved and friendly so if any issues need addressing, they are tended to immediately. Additionally, the other tenants of the building are friendly too and there are allocated student wardens who help with issues outside of the management staff's hours.

The room itself is a studio on the second floor. It is spacious with a 3/4 bed. desk and chair provided. The kitchenette consists of a 2-plated stove, mini-fridge, microwave and sink. There is room for storage around the room in the form of open shelves as well as under-bed storage. The bathroom is spacious for student accommodation as well.
