I have a garden annex available for Monday - Friday let. The annex is located behind the main building of the house, has its own en suit shower & kitchenette.

The house is within a quiet cul-de-sac, with big parking space available on the driveway. It’s just about 10 minutes walking to Solihull hospital, and 15 minutes walking to Touchwood shopping centre.

Rent is 550 per month (for Monday-Friday let) incl. all bills i. e. WiFi, water & electricity
