We are looking for a quiet, non-smoker, tidy with common sense female tenant.

Location: Fiveways, Hagley Road, B16 8UH

5min’s walking distance to BCU Edgbaton Campus, botanic garden
5mins’ walking distance to Fiveways Morrison supermarket.
10mins’ walking distance to FiveWays broad st.
15min’s walking to Brass House, Brindley Place
20mins’ walking distance to city centre library & UCB.
15mins’ walking distance to Fiveways railway station, just 1 stop can travel to Birmingham University or New street.
There are about 9 buses just 1 min’s away from our house which take you to city centre within 3 mins.
1mins’ walking distance to two 24hr supermarkets, wine shop, Chinese takeaways, pubs, pizza, fish and chips, printing shop etc.

Rent: We will have one loft double bedroom available from 15th April 2025.

Loft double bedrooms: laminate floor, cloth rail, double bed, bedsit, mirror, desk with chairs and chest of drawers. The room is decent double bedroom size but only one female allowed to live(no male allowed to stay overnight.). All bills inclusive (council tax, tv licence all paid).

PS: We have a cute small terrier, so pet lover welcome.

We also have a one 7 years old boy living on 1st floor, you wouldn't hear too much noise. He wakes up 7 am and go to bed 8 pm. So we are looking for quiet female tenant.
