I’m a 37-year-old professional female living with my four-year-old daughter, who is with me for part of the week. I'm looking for a female professional/student, ideally DBS checked, who would enjoy a peaceful, private space.

My daughter and I have the upstairs of the house, while you would have the downstairs open-plan area – consisting of two large interconnecting rooms and your own private downstairs bathroom (toilet and sink). The kitchen and upstairs shower/bath are shared.
