Hi! 😊 Just to clarify, I am not currently living in the property pictured in this ad. It is an example of a property I’m interested in, and I’m looking for someone who would potentially like to search for and view properties together, with the aim of renting somewhere together if we find a place we both love.

I’m mainly looking for a 2-bedroom property in Birmingham City Centre or immediately surrounding areas, including the Jewellery Quarter, Gay Village, Digbeth, or the outskirts of Edgbaston.

My budget is up to around £700 each per month, although this could work out cheaper depending on the property we find.

I’m 21 and currently a student nurse. I’d preferably like to live with another female student, although this isn’t completely exclusive and I’m open-minded for the right person.

Ideally, I’d love to find someone who could become both a roommate and a friend, rather than us just being two strangers living in the same flat. Of course, I still value having our own space and independence too!

I don’t mind living with someone who smokes, and I’m also open to pets. If you have a cat, I’d be more than happy to live with one as I love cats! 🐱

I’m looking to move anytime between September and December and can be flexible with the exact move-in date. I’m also looking for someone who is deposit-ready and financially ready to move, meaning you’d be in a position to pay your share of the deposit and rent once we find the right property and are both happy to go ahead.
