• Bus stop-3 mins walk (for route 23/24 etc.) towards the city centre and Quinton.
• Plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby.
• Bedroom provided with a double bed, built-in cupboards, additional cupboard, desk, and a comfy leather chair.
• Decent sized kitchen with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and white goods. Basic utensils provided.
• Spacious & light living room with dining table and sofa along with access to two balconies.
• Storage space (garage) outside and communal gardens.
• Parking bays available.

Most bills included in the rent (high speed virgin internet, council tax and water use on a fair-share basis). We share the monthly electricity (~£25-65) bills per person depending on the use.

I am a sociable and friendly mature female (non-smoker, no pets, and vegetarian/pescatarian) looking for quiet, and tidy person. I’d prefer someone similar in terms of consideration, cleanliness, and dietary preferences. Please note that we do not cook meat in the house; consumption of precooked meat is alright, hope you’d understand.🙏🏼
