I have a room to let in my home.

I am looking for a female lodger for a short term let, up to 4 months. My boyfriend is working overseas until Nov, so looking for a lodger whilst he is away.

I want someone who is clean, tidy and will be respectful of my house. Also must love dogs as I have a labrador.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bed side cabinet and chest of drawers. The room has a built in wardrobe.

Location, a few minutes walk to local shops and Cofton Park - as well as bus links.
Longbridge retail park and station-20 min walk.
Parking is street parking outside of the house.
