Hi all, we have a four person houseshare in Stirchley with 1 more person needed to renew our contract!

The house:
Includes a shared kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, utility room and a garden. All the rooms are doubles and have good-sized desks. The location is nicer than some of the other heavily student-populated areas, is 20-30 mins walk to UoB and Aldi/Morrisons are 5 mins away. Rent is a total £1640 per month, which we plan to split by £440 for the larger room (taken) and £400 for the others. This does not include bills, which are an estimated £80-90 per month each. Council tax band is C (to be paid by non-students if applicable).

The housemates:
Two guys and one girl, including one couple currently living in the house. We are all UoB students, two of us Maths PhDs and one Musicology Masters (hopefully PhD from January). We would love to live in a clean friendly house, where we can each have our own space sometimes, but also spend time together. For instance, we enjoy cooking, sports, watching football and playing board games!
