Hello! :) I am currently looking for a flatmate to replace my tenancy and the end of April / beginning of May.

The room features a double bed and its own bathroom. The living room is quite spacious and comes with a balcony.

Bills are not included with the rent. The bills are split equally between the two which is around £250 per person. In total, it is a bit less than £800 per month per person.

The current flatmate is a working professional.

I am looking for someone quiet, clean and respectful that is looking to stay for a long time. If you are planning to stay less than a year, please do not message for this ad.
