We are a family ( husband and wife with 3 children), living in a 3 bedroom newly built house. We are occupying the ground and first floor. We are renting out the second floor which has a big master bedroom with own toilet and bathroom. The room is furnished and the rent includes all bills. We will be sharing the Kitchen. If the tenant wants a TV in the bedroom, we can discuss on that as there is no access to the living room. The house is 5mins away from train station which goes to the City centre and a bus station just 4minutes away.
