I am Clive Turner, the founder of Gradcommunity which has been creating homes for young professional people, postgraduates and apprentices at the start of their careers for 30 years. Rather than renting a soulless flat or a room in an anonymous house, you will be joining a community of 100 like minded young people within walking distance of the house in this advert, where members of each household socialise and support each other. Social events are often organised between the houses — from movie nights to summer barbecues and nights out — so there’s always someone to spend time with if you choose.

Aaron, Ria, Ashar, Pallav and Rahil at our Sandon Road property in this advert are looking for 2 people to share their home. You will see from the photographs that the house is set up for both social living and privacy, where you can enjoy relaxed evenings with your housemates or the freedom in the spacious house to relax privately in your own room.
 The large garden with patio is perfect for summer BBQs, outdoor parties, and sunny evenings.

We’re keen to fill the house with sociable, respectful people.
It is ideal for friendly young professionals looking for a home with a real community feel. There are 2 rooms available, one large spacious double room at £525 pcm on the middle floor and a standard double room on the top floor at £480, both including bills. If you have pets, it is possible that they will be accepted, subject to approval by the housemates.

Ria, Ashar, Aaron, Pallav and Rahill will be showing you around and choosing who moves in as is the ethos of Gradcommunity.
