We are Molly, Lorenzo, Giorgia, Daryl and Trish, and we were all new to BIrmingham when we moved here. We work at UoB and iin the NHS and in finance. We are looking for someone who is looking for a houseshare for friendship as well as a roof over ones head. The ethos of Gradcommunity is that the household chooses who moves in. Therefore you won’t be anonymous renting a room in a house, but will be part of a household with a sense of community where members of the household support each other.

Our house is part of a network of 15 Gradcommunity houses, located closely together in Edgbaston all within easy commute of the city centre. There are seven grad houses in the our road. We have a house and interhouse whatsapp groups which makes it easy to join in with a night out or hang out a joint b/day party or games / or to keep fit. There are two gyms, and a rugby ground within a short distance. Sandwell aquatics centre, which boasts an olympic size swimming pool, diving boards, sauna and lots of fitness classes included 7mins by car or direct bus connection away.

The house has multiple wifi access points throughout
the property, including one with in the bedroom itself, so you will always have a fast and reliable internet connection.

We have a really large gardens which is great for a bit of peace and tranquility, outside of the bustling city centre, but also great for joint bbqs once the weather improves.

It is 30 minutes to the city centre by bus and is conveniently located within 10mins walk of Bearwood High Street for the weekly shop and several pubs restaurants.
