I have a cozy 2 double-room available in our lovely 3-bedroom house in the Kings Heath. I looking for a friendly and tidy housemates to join me immediately

- Location: Broad Lane, near one-stop, lidl, cocksmoore wood leisure centre and 10 mins away from Kings heath high street.
-Rent: 495 pounds monthly excluding bills.
- Amenities: Fully furnished, spacious living room, modern kitchen, WiFi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven.
- Transport: Close to 35 bus stop and 50 bus stop, If you own a car we have huge drive way

About me:-
1st bedroom is available right away and another one will be available by 25/05/26. I am friendly and caring housemate. You will be sharing house with me. I work for an IT company and in my late 20's. I enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I appreciate my own space but also like to hang out, exercise, shopping, watch movies, and occasionally cook together. I am very particular about cleaning so looking for a same like minded people.

Bills:- Bills are not including in the rent all depends upon your usage utility bills(electricity+gas)+ council tax+ water.

You wouldn't regret choosing the room. I have been living in this place from past 3 years. Lovely neighbourhood and amazing surrounding.
