Large, private master bedroom & large ensuite available from 7th April 2026 on top floor of townhouse type property in a quiet cul de sac, overlooking the canal. *although wildlife sounds are evident, especially at night as we are close to munjak dear & foxes/owls etc. All bills/broadband included & designated parking available if needed. New kitchen appliances. Must be OK with small, well behaved dog. Said dog won't tolerate other four-legged animals, sorry but likes humans. May update pictures as the room is occupied until the 7th April. You must be working, quiet and respectful of mutual space. This is my home. Absolutely no couples as its a new build & noise insulation is non existent. I'm friendly & open minded & hoping for similar.
