I’m a retired woman of Irish heritage looking to extend a welcome to likeminded professional or student females.
I live in a perfect location for commuters or students as I’m on the main bus and rail network.
The cottage is a mile from Jaguar Landrover and 3 miles from Birmingham Airport and International train station. Solihull train station is only 1.5 miles away and can be reached on a handy bus route which stops across the road from the cottage.
The house has been recently renovated and is very cosy and well equipped. I have a double loft room which is available immediately and is very private, quiet and peaceful.
You are welcome to use the lounge, dining room and kitchen. I am a very laid back person so understand the need for privacy and quiet but equally happy to chat :)
