I’m looking for a single female roommate to occupy my vacant double room . It’s a two bedroom flat with a shared toilet ,kitchen and living room located on the first floor .

The flat is 15mins drive to city center, 30mins by bus, and 25mins by train .The flat is available to females only please .

The flat is very accessible with a bus stop right in front of it for easy commuting ,5 mins walk to the train station ,1 min walk to GP, 7-10mins walk to Aldi, Morrison and Farm food and 3mins walk to an Asian shop making grocery shopping super easy . Flat is also surrounded by lots of restaurants and fast foods with an off street parking and an extra off street visitors parking if you have a car .
