Hello, my name is Edoardo and I work in London Mon-Friday. I have my own room in this 3 bedroom house and renting out a spare room. Most of the week you’ll be the only one at home.

The room comes with all bills included, council tax included and internet included.

There is a small personal toilet just outside the room which is going to be just yours to use. Shower room is on the top floor and will be shared.

The property is quite new and offers a very large living room/kitchen. Just outside there is a garden and a parking space (I don't have a car).

The area is full of green and 10-12 minutes with the bike to Birmingham New Street via the canals away from traffic.
