This will be suited to a student or professional who will be able to comfortably work and live in the room. We will not consider anyone who would smoke or drink alcohol at the property.

This is located on the first floor of the house. There is an adjacent bathroom that can be for the lodger's exclusive use. There will be a shared living room and kitchen area. There is a private car parking space. Your room and other rooms of the house will have their own locks.

We are a couple who will be staying in one of the other bedrooms. We have another lodger living in the top floor of the property.

The monthly rental includes broadband, water and council tax, but gas/electricity is separate. We are happy to take viewings from you before starting.
