There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is large with a gas stove and two ovens with plenty of seating and natural light. The lounge faces the road at the front of the house and is spacious and welcoming.

The policy of the house is that the current housemates decide which prospective tenants move in. This ensures everyone in the house gets on well with each other.
