The room is approximately 3.5m x 4m with a double bed, small desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Very light and airy.

The house has two bathrooms and a good sized kitchen diner.

You would have the predominant use of one of the lounges and shared use of the desk in the Study if required.

No smoking or vaping even outside of the house.

We are very strict in relation cleaning after cooking and washing and drying items that are not practical to go in the dishwasher. This includes cleaning the hob each time after use.

We are also very strict in relation to noise i. e no noise after 10.30pm weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. This includes phone calls in your room. We also expect you to leave the house very quietly if leaving whilst other occupants have not yet risen.

The expectation of cleanliness and consideration is very high and you will be reminded if you fall below expectations.
