I have a single and a double bedroom available to rent in a 5 bedroom house in a very quiet cul de sac . Preferably for foreign students, it’s ideal for Aston University and BCU students, No couples. Also short term let accepted no minimum stay. The guests have their own common room to chill out in addition.
Hodge Hill is a very hustling bustling area with variety of shops and restaurants, dessert & coffee shops, local gym and beauty salons also large super markets like Tesco, Aldi and Iceland. The city centre is a 20 min bus ride via X12, X13 and 94 bus route. I have a pet cat and she is very friendly. This household follows a halal diet so no other meat is consumed and no alcohol allowed.
