It has three velux windows so there is plenty of light coming in from all directions, the room is U shaped around the central stairwell so you can create different spaces in the room to really make it fit to your lifestyle. It really has to be seen to be fully appreciated! All windows have black out blinds in the loft.
The house itself is a very good size for 2 people - you will truly have space to breathe! It is characterful and has original features throughout, the sitting room (pictured) and dining room are good sizes and you’ll have plenty of room in the modern kitchen. The garden is also a good size and if you green fingered then this really could be a fantastic opportunity for you!

Avenue rd itself is a great location, kingsheath and Highbury park are a stones throw away and there are fantastic transport links for getting around (soon to be even better with the Kingsheath train station which you’ll be able to walk to through Highbury Park).


You’d be living with my Mum, she is a teacher and very easy to get along with, she’s more than happy to have a chat but will of course be respectful of your space.
