Looking for someone to rent our 1 bed / 1 bath quietly located yet central Birmingham ground floor disabled accessible flat while we are away long term. The flat is well sound proofed with fresh boiler service, dishwasher & washer / dryer and strong shower unit. We are looking for someone who is kind and trustworthy, who will treat our flat with care and look after it while we are gone. The flat comes furnished and we will be leaving a few of our things out that can be left as they are or stored in the secure storage cupboard. Small pets are welcome. There is parking in the front of the flat / next to the park as well as a secure parking lot behind the property, though the latter is currently fully subscribed. Rubbish and recycling collection is located in the basement of the building, we will leave the fob for access. Please reach out with any questions!
