I’m looking for a single female roommate to occupy my vacant double room . It’s a two bedroom flat with a shared toilet and living room located on the first floor .
The flat is 30 to city center by bus,25mins by train and 15mins by car . The flat is available to females only please .
Rent is £649 all bills included including wifi .
A refundable deposit of £400 is also required .
The flat is very accessible with a bus stop right in front of it for easy commuting ,5 mins walk to the train station ,1 min walk to GP, 7-10mins walk to Aldi, Morrison and Farm food and 3mins walk to an Asian shop making grocery shopping super easy . Flat is also surrounded by lots of restaurants and fast foods with an on -street parking and an extra off street visitors parking if you have a car .
