I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a Standard Ensuite room at Calthorpe Court, Birmingham for the 2026/27 academic year. The contract begins 12/09/2026, but you can move in earlier. The contract ends 17/07/27 (44 weeks), but can be extended. The deposit has already been paid. I am taking a study break and will no longer be needing this room. No council tax charges.

The room itself is booked for quiet living with 5 other girls in 2nd/3rd yr. It is good for dental students (15 mins walk to the dental hospital) or medical students on placement.
