Large, private master bedroom & large ensuite available from 7th April 2026 on top floor of townhouse type property. All bills included & designated parking available if needed. Must be OK with small, well behaved dog. Said dog won't tolerate other animals, sorry. Bedding in pictures not included unless you don't have your own - mattress is new & new toilet seat to be fitted. May update pictures as the room has only just been cleared. You must be working, quiet and respectful of mutual space. This is my home. Absolutely no couples as its a new build & noise insulation is non existent. I'm friendly & open minded & hoping for similar.
