Currently me and one other flatmate, they're moving out when tenancy ends and I don't particularly want to move. House is furnished already and I keep it clean. Pets are allowed other flatmate had 2 dogs. Your room is a double and there is a spare single room for guests, I use it as a bit of an office but if people stay over i just don't use it and let them have some space. Rent is 750pcm pp and bills work out to about 150pcm pp. Young professionals wanted, I'm a teacher.
