What’s on offer is a double bedroom and use of a separate study in 4 bedroom house, in a vibrant area of Birmingham, known for its beautiful parks, live music venues, cafes and restaurants. Kings Heath train station is 7 mins walk away and we are a 20 minute bus ride into the city centre, Birmingham University or QE hospital. Rent is well below the market rate to take into account approximately 5 hrs per week of support and companionship (eg. catching up over coffee, cooking and sharing a meal or watching a football match together). The live in landlady is a reserved, easy going, friendly, Caribbean woman in her 90s who enjoys TV, radio, puzzles and seeing friends for coffee.

If you’re a FEMALE ( I’m not considering male applicants) over 30 with a calm, relaxed and caring nature as well as personal experience of Caribbean culture and cuisine, please get in touch.
