We have a cozy double-room available in our lovely 3-bedroom house in the Kings Heath. We're looking for a friendly and tidy housemate to join us immediately

- Location: Broad Lane, near one-stop, lidl, cocksmoore wood leisure centre and 10 mins away from Kings heath high street.
-Rent: 500 pounds monthly excluding bills.
- Amenities: Fully furnished, spacious living room, modern kitchen, WiFi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven.
- Transport: Close to 35 bus stop and 50 bus stop, If you own a car we have huge drive way

About Us:
We are lovely, friendly and caring housemates. You will be sharing house with people who are in there late 20's who enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We appreciate our own space but also like to hang out, exercise, shopping, watch movies, and occasionally cook together. We all are working professionals very clean and tidy.

Bills:- Bills are not including in the rent all depends upon your usage utility bills(electricity+gas)+ council tax+ water+ internet.

You wouldn't regret choosing the room we have been living in this place from past 3 years. Lovely neighbourhood and amazing surrounding.
