Student Tenancy Takeover – Globe Works Birmingham

I’m looking for a student to take over the remainder of my tenancy at Globe Works student accommodation in Birmingham. This will be from April 17-July 24, which is the last rent period of £2101. If the student wishes, they can move in from the last week of March/April as I have paid the penultimate rent. They would just need to cover the last rent.

The room is a premium en-suite. It part furnished as it comes with a mattress and includes a private ensuite bathroom with access to a shared kitchen and living area. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and monthly clean.

Rent includes all bills and WiFi. The building has great student facilities and is located close to Aston University and Birmingham City University, with easy access to the city centre.

This is a tenancy takeover, so the new tenant would take over my contract until the end of the tenancy. There are currently 3 other tenants living in this flat.
