Need a current student tenant to takeover ASAP as I have moved to a different University
This is a Premium ensuite room on the 7th floor of the William Murdoch building block A2 on the campus of Aston University.
Includes a 3/4 size bed, own bathroom, and a shared kitchen.

Tenancy is until the 21st July 2026

Preferably would like an Aston/ surrounding Uni area student to take this tenancy over as the other flatmates are all in first year at Aston.

The kitchen is kept clean by everyone and they are very friendly people but do also enjoy their personal space.

Accommodation is right on Aston campus so walks to lectures etc take about two minutes and is about a 15 minute walk into Birmingham City Centre. There is a Tesco express about 5 minutes from the accommodation. There are many bus routes about 5 minutes from the campus.

Unite Students specify that new tenant must be a student! :)
