The house is on one of the main student roads in Selly Oak, and is in a prime location in the heart of the student area. The property is close to the train station, high street and selly oak shopping park - as well as having quick routes to the city centre.

The other house mates will live at this property for third year, so this tenancy lasts from the 1st of July 2026 - 30th of June 2027.

Currently, the house mates are 3 female students and 1 male student (not including me). I have decided to advertise this room as I am not carrying on with my degree, all the other house mates are very friendly and sociable and will make you feel welcome. You would all move in on the same date and room allocation will be decided fairly.
