Apartment is fully furnished with everything you need. The kitchen has a washer/dryer. Room is furnished with a double bed, 2 single-drawer bedside tables, set of drawers, and large wardrobe. The building has a lift.

Rent excluding bills is £675 per month.
Bills come to around £200 each per month depending on usage.

The flat is right next to the Utilita arena. It's around a 10-15 minute walk to the Jewellery Quarter, around 5 minutes from Brindleyplace, and around 15 minutes from the centre/New Street Station. It is in a fairly quiet, residential area with lots of other flats around it and a few businesses. The street is well-lit and has plenty of CCTV, as a young woman I have always felt safe!

Sharing with one other professional. Large shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom with bath and shower. Lovely balcony which gets the sun most of the day!

Rented per room by a private landlady who is very quick to respond and deal with any issues. The second room in the property is also available at a similar time, so could be a possibility for anyone looking to rent a 2-bedroom flat.
