Hi,

We are looking for a housemate to join our 4-bed house in Nechells, 20 mins walk from the town centre, in a nice little cul-de-sac. Due to unforeseen circumstances, one of our current housemates has moved out and we are looking to fill her space asap.

The room is available immediately until the end of June, and then also for next academic year (July 2026-June 2027) - it’s two separate contracts. Please get in touch if you can fill either part of this (or both)!

We’re ideally looking for a girl as we’re currently an all-girls house. We’re generally a very chill, quiet vibe, with the occasional Doctor Who or board games evening which you’re very welcome to join. We have a private parking space at the side of the house that’s current unused.

We are music students at RBC and are usually very busy but always up for a chat when we’re around. (But don’t worry, we don’t practice in the house!)

Rent until July is £554.67 pppm, and then becomes £585 pppm from July. Bills not included but currently come to just under £50 each per month.
