I am looking for somebody to share this flat in the Rotunda, Birmingham New Street (City Centre) with me. The tenancy is rolling so no minium duration to stay. You will have your own separate bedroom, the bath is shared but access doors are separate. I am a working professional and I am looking for somebody with a similar profile, who is neat and hygienic. Rent is 425£ pcm with bills approx 120£. Deposit will be 300£. The flat is right above bullring so super close to the city centre.
