Hi,

We are looking for a housemate to join our 4-bed house in Nechells, 20 mins walk from the town centre, in a nice little cul-de-sac. Due to unforeseen circumstances, one of our current housemates has moved out and we are looking to fill her space asap.

The room is available immediately until the end of June, without the possibility of extension as we have a new housemate sorted from the beginning of July.

We’re currently an all-girls house and are generally a very chill, quiet vibe, with the occasional Doctor Who or board games evening which you’re very welcome to join. We have a private parking space at the side of the house that’s current unused.

We are music students at RBC and are usually very busy but always up for a chat when we’re around. (But don’t worry, we don’t practice in the house!)

Rent is £554.67 pppm. Bills not included but currently come to just under £50 each per month.
