Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy next month at student castle canalside.

- 5 flatmates who are lovely and respectful
- Bronze en-suite room
- All bills included
- Gym, games room and study room on site and included in price.

Student cannalside will probably ask for a deposit but I am unaware of how much that'll be! However, it'll be taken off your first rent installment! They are also flexible with rent you can either pay monthly or in line with student finance!
