Hi, I'm looking for someone to take my flatmates place in October.

The flat is in a really good spot in the Jewellery Quarter (where all the young professionals live).

2 bedrooms (of which the larger will be yours) - fully furnished

A store cupboard
1 parking space within courtyard area behind security gates (I don't drive so you can have it)

About me:

I moved here in September 2024 for a grad job at an engineering consultancy. I like to play music and sing, go running, cycling, go to the pub and go out. Also love travelling, especially solo travelling.

I would ideally like to share with someone sociable but it's not a deal breaker.

Also I'm gay so if you don't like that please look somewhere else 🏳️‍🌈😅.
