A nice bedroom with large built in wardrobes, space for a desk, private bathroom (other bedroom is an en-suite) and large shared living/kitchen area with loft style.

The shared spaces are all furnished, and the bedroom is part furnished (bed frame, mattress, wardrobes and bedside table).

The building itself is iconic, and nicely secluded without loud noise at night. It has secure entry and exit, designated letterboxes and package area, as well as only having 8 total flats which makes it peaceful. You can walk to New Street station within 15 minutes also, and 10 minutes the other direction is a big Tesco.

The location is super accessible, with 3 pubs within 5 minutes walk, as well as the ONLY free street parking in the JQ along Camden Street. I have lived here 6 months and never struggled to park, I also commute on the expressway which is super easy.

I have the other room and am looking to replace my housemate who is moving back to France :) I am typically in office most days, but like sharing and am tidy as well as sociable.
