I’m subletting my fully furnished double bedroom with ensuite and built-in wardrobe in a modern flat at Soho Wharf. The sublet is for 4 months (mid-March to mid-July), as I’ll be moving back in mid-July.

The flat:
• New-build apartment in the Soho Wharf development
• Shared open-plan kitchen + living area and a Juliette balcony
• Top floor with lots of windows — bright all day
• Bus stop directly opposite, canal access, and around a 15-minute walk into town
• On-site café and grocery store in the complex

Your flatmates:
A relaxed New Zealand couple working in science/research. They’re easygoing, quiet, keep the place clean, and are up for the occasional pub / music / sport / outdoors activities. Someone on a similar wavelength would suit well.

Cat:
We have a cat, Tiggs (11). He’s very friendly and likes attention. The bedroom door is typically kept shut, so he doesn’t go in the room (no cat hair in there).
