Quiet house no through traffic. This is a quiet house no loud music no TV after 11. New kitchen, bathroom. Place is immaculate. My daughter lives with me she is 8 but we are both at her mother's a lot of the time. My son has autism and is 7 he stays at his mum's most of the time but also has the odd night with me to. Cats ok maybe small dogs but not barkers. Prefer working people or students. I am psychiatric nurse and work as CPN during the week. Weekends I am usually taking my daughter to gymnastics squash piano and art. Place opens onto woodgate valley horse riding near by and lots of cycle routes.
