I’m looking for a *student* to take over my Ensuite Silver Studio at Chapter Old Street (Central London) from December 26 ongoing.

The cozy Ensuite Silver Studio has:
- an own kitchen
- an own bathroom
- a small double bed
- a spacious study desk
- plenty of storage
- windows facing a quiet yard
It's only a few walking minutes from Old Street.

Residents of the building can use:
- entertainment rooms e. g. cinema rooms
- study areas
- laundry facilities
- rooftop terrace
- onsite gym

There is 24/7 staff and security. The staff at Chapter is very helpful and friendly.
Bills and bi-weekly cleaning included.

The first term (Sept - Feb) is already paid, which means I am looking for someone who can take over. There is just the second term left to pay. £12.815 are due on 11th January 2027 and need to be paid at once. Within come bills and everything.
