I have a king size room available in a quiet house with myself (and cat!) It’s a good size with a comfortable king bed, desk, drawers and large TV and sky box (that is logged into my streaming accounts for you to enjoy; Netflix, prime video, paramount, sky cinema and Apple TV. As it’s at the end of the corridor it’s nice and quiet, and very private .
The shared bathroom has a shower and bath. The rest of the house has a well equipped kitchen, dining room, patio, laundry, and storage areas.
The house is a 3 minute walk to town centre so very convenient. £500pcm and all bills are included.
I have a 9-5 job and work 5 days a week, I’m very down to earth and being in my 50s prefer to spend my evenings in front of TV! So looking for someone who also enjoys the calm and quiet. Preferably for full time living, but a Monday - Friday arrangement can also be discussed. Long term or short term. Drop me a message with any questions! :)
