The landlord - so basically I'm a 35 year old professional guy and I live by myself in a the middle of Barrowford.

I have a decent job in finance and go the the gym a fair bit and I tend to be away from home a few days a week, so I'm looking for somebody chilled out to rent my spare room and to share my house with.

Hopefully offering a good opportunity for a student/professional person who wants to house share without spending loads.

I've put open to pets, I don't have any but I guess a cool dog would be alright or something ha, I don't really rate cats.
