I’ve got a double room available in my home just 5 minutes from Rawtenstall. It’s on the edge of the countryside, so you get a calm, quiet feel while still being close to town.
The house has a really cosy but modern vibe — herringbone flooring throughout, a stylish kitchen, a separate dining area, a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, and a small garden/patio space. It’s a peaceful place to come back to at the end of the day.
About me: I’m friendly, easy to get on with, and fairly busy with work. I like the house to feel relaxed and positive. I enjoy the outdoors, good conversation, and a calm home environment.
Important: Cleanliness and tidiness are non-negotiable. I keep the house clean and organised and would need someone who genuinely values that too — not just “tidy sometimes,” but consistently respectful of shared spaces.
You’d be sharing with me and my cocker spaniel. He’s very friendly, affectionate, and will absolutely want attention — so you’ll need to be someone who likes dogs and doesn’t mind a bit of enthusiasm!
