I am looking for a working tenant, and preferably from the local area , but no children because the property isn't big enough. There is free parking on the road but it gets difficult to find a space in the evening.
For myself I work for an employer part time and some self employment dry stone walling. I don't have a television but i have no objection if you want to bring your own. There is wifi. Council Tax band B. I smoke e cigs
