About me:
I Live here with my small, friendly dog. Looking for a dog-loving lodger (happy to consider someone with a small, well-behaved dog too). I’ve lived in shared houses before and want a clean, respectful housemate who values their space. I work from home most days and work from my bedroom space. I sometimes travel for work and can be away for a few days at a time (the dog goes to a dog sitter when i'm away). I like playing games, playing pool, eating out, walking in the area, hiking, playing guitar and making music, watching TV and films and going to music concerts. I am a clean and fairly quiet person. My dog is hypoallergenic (cockapoo) and is allowed in my bedroom and the living room, she has never been allowed in the room that I am letting. She is a lively dog and very affectionate, but can also be a little woofy at times (although i normally try to limit that behaviour as much as possible).

Ideally i am looking for someone who would be friendly and happy to socialise from time to time. It doesn't matter to me if you work from home or commute.

House rules: Non-smoker, no overnight guests more than twice/week, tidy kitchen after use, quiet evenings/weekends.
