I am renting out my gorgeous, light, and spacious first floor flat. The flat is furnished, although some items in the photos have come with me!

The flat has two bedrooms but the current lay out is a good sized double bedroom and a study with bookshelves. I am happy for you to use the study as a second bedroom, if you provide the bed.

The living room and bathroom are a really good size. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and a huge bath looking out over the trees. The bedroom, study, and bathroom back onto the garden. It is lovely and quiet- you wake and work to the sound of birdsong! There is a working gas fireplace, which is very cozy for winter. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.

It’s a quiet, spacious place with lots of natural light, particularly in summer. The flat has high ceilings, wooden floors, and sash windows that have been double glazed to reduce noise from the street. There is a drive and big trees in front and a long garden at the back, which helps with noise and privacy. You would have shared access to the garden.

You would have a parking spot on the drive.

The flat is well situated between Blackheath, Kidbrooke, and Westcombe Park. Blackheath village and Greenwich Park are a 15 minute walk away and there are lots of lovely shops, cafes, and restaurants. There are good transport links- National Rail at Blackheath, Kidbrooke, and Westcombe Park, the underground at North Greenwich is a bus ride away, and there is a bus stop on the street just outside, which is particularly good for coming back at night!

Rent is £2000. You would be responsible for all bills.

I am looking for tenant who is happy to stay for a minimum of six months, but possibly longer.

This flat is my home, I am not a commercial landlord. I work nearby, so will be on hand for any help needed etc. I really love this flat and am looking for someone who will take care of it. Please message me if you are interested and we can arrange a viewing!
