Hey guys, renting my room + study room. You’d be moving in for July and the lease ends in September, which is when the other 2 will be moving out. They’ll mostly be out of london during the summer so you’ll have a house to yourself for a lot of July and august!

I love living here, having 2 rooms has been great to separate sleep and work. We have a garden which is great and super private.. I can be naked out there basically and no one can see. Got all the amenities you need here, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.

We live really close to Elverson road DLR and are just down the road from Blackheath park/Greenwich park. There’s a car space which I’m taking up atm but can be yours if you have a car! Let me know if you want to come look around the house I’ll be in most days.
