Ad has completely changed so please read below, it’s long but covers everything-

We are looking to sublet the third room for at least 2months with potential of extending. Open to negotiating depending on your circumstance. Deposit we’ll discuss also depending on circumstance (Mon-Fri or length of sublet). The rent includes all bills, WiFi, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and most streaming services.

The house comes with a huge lounge including a dining table, quite a big kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, and a separate toilet.

The room has a built in storage wardrobe and can discuss what furniture you may need. This is on the front balcony where the sun rises and is available from 5th May. The room is on the main road so if you’re a light sleeper than probably won’t work for you.

A bit about me- I work in the city, leave before 8 and get home around 6:30/7. I like having a chit chat, I’m by no means a recluse but I’m very chill during the week, as I mainly focus on work. I prep my food for the week on Sunday (so no worries about battling for the kitchen) you’ll probably catch me in the kitchen warming up my dinner and from time to time in the lounge watching a series but I tend to get home, eat and go to bed. I’m quite an easy going person, I like to keep things tidy but lived in. On weekends I enjoy comedy gigs, pub trips, venturing to a new town or just binge watching a new series. This is not a sesh house but definitely enjoy a blow out from time to time!

A little bit about Tara- I am from London originally therefore have my own circle of friends and family but also I am social naturally and open to new connections. My hobbies include travel, fitness, Yoga, trying new food spots (a lot), spending time outdoors in nature, doing anything cultural - museums, theatre, plays and comedy, baking, checking out pubs and coffee spots. I love trying new things in creative spaces and feel like I am ever exploring my home town.

Flat is located a min walk from Blackheath station with a direct train to London Bridge, Peckham, Victoria, Waterloo and Charing Cross. Also a 15min walk to Greenwich park which is absolutely stunning!
